The US Open has announced the draws for the men’s and women’s singles tournaments ahead of the main draws that begin on Monday.

Jannik Sinner claimed the top seed in the men’s event and finds himself on the other side of reigning champion Novak Djokovic. The stage is potentially set for a titanic battle between Sinner and Carlos Alcaraz in the semi-finals, with the winner potentially taking on Djokovic in the final.

Coco Gauff, who won her first major career title in the Big Apple last year, was seeded third in the women’s tournament, below Iga Świątek and Aryna Sabalenka.
