Detectives have released images of a suspect involved in an early morning robbery in Gravenhurst.

At 5:10 a.m., officers were called to a service center on Highway 11 South, south of Gravenhurst.

According to police, the suspect entered the store, grabbed a sharp weapon and demanded money, then fled on foot with cash and cigarettes.

Officers describe the suspect as a white male wearing a black hoodie, pants and a ski mask. The employee was not injured.

Police searched the area with the OPP dog squad and emergency response team, but were unable to locate the suspect.
