Training camp and preseason are over. What have we learned? Are we overreacting, or are we underreacting? Thankfully, it’s been a quiet summer injury-wise, but a few hold-out/in situations are seeping into the regular season preseason, creating uncertainty for many prospects, some offense-wide. How do we sort our rankings now that we have nearly all the new information we’re going to get?

The Bloei Top 250

1. CeeDee Lamb (WR-DAL) – Two weeks is probably enough time to get started
2. Christian McCaffrey (RB-SF) – Trent Williams + calf injury ties for #1
3. Tyreek Hill (WR-MIA) – Minor hand injury deters, but quiet summer

Top 250 Tier Break

4. Justin Jefferson (WR-MIN) – Should lead the NFL in targets
5. Amon-Ra-St. Brown (WR-DET) – Reasonable to choose him over Jefferson
6. Breece Hall (RB-NYJ) – Reasonable to take him over Jefferson
7. Bijan Robinson (RB-ATL) – Allgeier may be lowering his ceiling, but it’s still exciting to see the first
8. Ja’Marr Chase (WR-CIN) – Hold-in situation now threatens early season value

Top 250 Tier Break

9. AJ Brown (WR-PHI) – Safe pick in the final third of the first round
10. Garrett Wilson (WR-NYJ) – Will be a big hit if Rodgers stays healthy
11. Saquon Barkley (RB-PHI) – It will be fun to see him in a competent offense
12. Jonathan Taylor (RB-IND) – How much trouble did his 2022 ankle injury have last year?
13. Puka Nacua (WR-LAR) – Should be fine after suffering a knee injury early in training camp
14. Jahmyr Gibbs (RB-DET) – Should be fine after suffering a hamstring injury during training camp
15. Cooper Kupp (WR-LAR) – All reports indicate he is back in shape
16. Drake London (WR-ATL) – Exciting to see what he’ll do with a good QB
17. De’Von Achane (RB-MIA) – Should see more work as a receiver
18. Malik Nabers (WR-NYG) – Will compete with Jefferson’s goal share
19. Nico Collins (WR-HOU) – Efficiency should compensate for an extra mouth to feed
20. Marvin Harrison Jr. (WR-ARI) – Quiet summer, rated at ceiling
21. Derrick Henry (RB-BAL) – May need OL to gel early, but is ready to crush
22. Deebo Samuel Sr. (WR-SF) – Having a great summer; should be #1 with Aiyuk drama
23. Mike Evans (WR-TB) – Still underrated
24. Davante Adams (WR-LV) – Contest winner QB is never good by default
25. DeVonta Smith (WR-PHI) – Could benefit greatly from the Kellen Moore plan
