Anna Delvey just scored a new accessory: a pair of dancing shoes.

The socialite con artist — whose real name is Anna Sorokin — has joined Season 33 of “Dancing With the Stars” alongside new pro Ezra Sosa.

While “DWTS” is filming in L.A., it appears Delvey — who still wears an ankle monitor — has been granted special permission to participate in the competition series. Sorokin’s spokesperson, Juda Engelmayer, confirmed Tuesday that she was able to travel within a 70-mile radius of her home base and anywhere in New York City’s five boroughs under previous house arrest conditions, according to the Associated Press. However, they could not comment on any changes to those rules.

The 33-year-old “fake heiress” was arrested in 2017 for defrauding major financial institutions, banks, hotels and friends of more than $250,000 to fund her lavish lifestyle by pretending to be the daughter of a German oil tycoon.

Two years later, Delvey was convicted of eight charges, including attempted grand larceny, second-degree robbery and theft of services, but was acquitted of two additional charges.

After being sentenced to four to 12 years in prison, including time spent behind bars during the trial, Delvey was released in February 2021.

Despite her release, her legal troubles were far from over. Delvey was then detained by immigration authorities for overstaying her visa.

In 2022, Delvey was released from the custody of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), where she had spent more than a year in the Orange Country Correctional Facility.

She told the New York Times at the time: “I definitely have a very different perspective now than I did when I first came out in February of last year. It’s just impossible to have gone through what I went through and not changed. I learned so much in prison.”

The public’s fascination with Delvey grew when she became the inspiration for the Netflix series “Inventing Anna.” Like many, Shonda Rhimes found the trickster’s story particularly compelling. After reading the 2018 New York Magazine article “How Anna Delvey Tricked New York’s Party People,” she became “instantly obsessed.”

“I remember calling my office and saying, ‘There’s this article and we’ve got to have it,’” Rhimes, 54, said in a 2022 production video. “I was fascinated by so much of it. I kept wondering how she discovered so many of these details.”

The whirlwind story led the “Grey’s Anatomy” creator to write “Inventing Anna” from the perspective of the journalist (played by Anna Chlumsky) who viewers believed was based on real-life reporter Jessica.

And yes, Delvey has seen parts of the drama on the streaming platform and finds the fictional version of her (played by Julia Garner) “more brutal” than herself.

“I think I’m more aware of how I come across, not always, but I just don’t think I’m as brazen and shameless,” she told the New York Times.

If Delvey wanted to watch the show in its entirety, she now has the time to do so, as she has been under house arrest since October 2022. The New York resident has also been required to wear an ankle monitor since her release.

Delvey told The Post exclusively that she has absolutely no desire for the “spectacle” that comes with wearing the GPS tracker.

“Every time I go out, it’s written that I’m wearing the anklet or showing it off,” she explained in August. “People don’t seem to want to acknowledge that I have no choice but to wear it.”

Delvey added: “It’s just like I don’t want to make such a spectacle of it. I’d like to be able to go outside and not be stared at or not have every delivery guy ask me if I’ve killed my husband or something.”

Heading into her June appearance, she decided to have some fun with the anklet by getting the letter “A” embellished in rhinestones. “I’ve had one for almost two years. I think I have a right to decorate it once or twice,” Delvey continued, with a source at ICE calling her the “embellished b—h.”

But now that the new season is starting, Delvey has some concerns about fashion.

“I think the biggest hurdle is the over-the-knee boots, but it’s still the fall season,” she admitted. “So far, I’ve had bigger issues to worry about.”

Delvey also revealed that she plans to talk to her attorneys about filing a motion with the judge to exchange the ankle device for a VeriWatch wristband. So far, she has been successful in previous requests. Delvey petitioned an immigration judge to allow her to use social media again after she claimed it violated her right to free speech, which gave her the ability to do so.

Delvey’s biggest legal battle will now be whether she will be allowed to remain in the country long-term and whether her two-year prison sentence will be upheld.

She told The Post: “I feel like I’ve spent most of my adult life in the United States. All my friends are here. All my projects and everything I’ve worked on is here. And it would be extremely difficult for me to ever come back if I were to leave.”

As it turns out, “Dancing With the Stars” is just one of many new ventures for Delvey. She’s currently working on a “pop-up” fashion PR company with Cutrone called OutLaw Agency.

“I’m really looking forward to fashion week. We have so many things in the works. And yes, we’re just working non-stop. It’s the busy season,” she raved.

After surviving New York Fashion Week, Delvey plans to look for a new Manhattan apartment that doesn’t resemble the “prison” of her old one. “It’s a different feeling to be able to leave your apartment,” the budding publicist said of her future home. “I wouldn’t move into a new prison.”
