Jets running back Breece Hall’s fumble led to the 49ers’ first points of Monday night’s game, but he made up for it on the team’s next drive.

Hall capped a 12-play, 70-yard drive with a three-yard touchdown run to give the Jets a 7-3 lead with just under four minutes left in the first half.

Aaron Rodgers and Garrett Wilson had a lot to do with putting Hall in position to score. The duo connected on four passes, including three third-down conversions, for 45 yards to get the Jets further up the field. It’s a connection the Jets were hoping to see a lot last season, but had to wait because of Rodgers’ Achilles injury.

The goal-scoring was exactly what the Jets wanted and they hope this is just the start of big successes this year.
