Western Australian Senator Fatima Payman has used her platform in parliament to deliver a bizarre speech that only Gen Z and Alpha could understand.

The senator opposed the government’s proposed ban on social media for children, saying young Australians are often denied their voice in parliament.

Senator Payman called on the “Sigmas of Australia” to say that “this crazy ahh government has put a ceiling on it” when they talked about no more “fanum tax”.

“They are capaholics,” she said.

“They are also yapaholics.”

She said the government had been harping “non-stop” about measures that would improve living standards for all Australians.

“Put the fries in the bag, little bro,” she said.

“They must have a brain tumor because they watched too much Kai Cenat and they forgot that they plan to ban social media for children under 14.

“If that becomes law, you can ditch the ‘skull emoji’ and just watch Duke Dennis or a dub with the brothers on Fort.

“Chat, does this Prime Minister mean this?”

The senator added that she would be slammed if she didn’t mention the “oops” who wanted to cut WA’s “gyatts and services tax”.

“The decision voters will make in a few months will be between a centrist government and an opposition party that will thwart both of them,” she said.

“While some of you may not yet be able to vote, I hope that when you do, it will be in a more goatish Australia, for a more charismatic government. Skibidi.

“It is for this reason that I will now render the remainder of my statement in language they can understand.”

Some people praised the senator on social media for her speech, with one saying, “My son said, ‘I get her.'”

“This was hilarious but it was a conversation in a fun way, instead of the lies the ‘oops’ (my son taught me the meaning of that word) spouted,” one user wrote on Instagram.

“This is amazing,” said another.

Sarah Pratt wrote on Instagram that her young adult Gen Z children had absolutely no idea what the senator was talking about.

“(They) also said it’s an absolute turn-off when older adults use their slang to get attention and pretend they get you when they clearly don’t. An embarrassing attempt to stay relevant,” she said.
