Love inactive, Willis to begin

Jordan Love is officially inactive for the Packers. Malik Willis will start at quarterback. Willis, a 2022 third-round pick, will make his fourth career NFL start. Love will miss his first game since becoming the Packers starter.

Packers take early lead, 3-0

The Packers rushed six times for 57 yards and overcame a pair of early penalties to set up Brayden Narveson’s 46-yard field goal. Josh Jacobs’ 34-yard run on 1st-and-20 was the key play. Malik Willis’ lone completion went for zero yards on 3rd-and-7.

Dontayvion Wicks lifts Packers to 10-0

The Packers are rolling. On 3rd-and-4, Malik Willis hit Dontayvion Wicks for a 14-yard touchdown. After two drives, the Packers have 135 rushing yards, including 67 by Josh Jacobs. The touchdown pass to Wicks was the first of Willis’ NFL career.
