Week 2 of the NFL season kicked off on Thursday night with a notable win for the Buffalo Bills over the Miami Dolphins, a game that also saw Dolphins quarterback Tua Tagovailoa suffer a scary injury. Henry McKenna of FOX Sports wondered if Tua should consider retiring from football to protect his long-term health.
