Giants were only good enough to really hurt the Cowboys’ last loss

The Giants controlled the clock. They committed the fewest penalties of the season. They scored once. They didn’t miss a single kick. They didn’t give up a touchdown in the second half. And they enjoyed another incredible performance from star rookie Malik Nabers.

They couldn’t ask for much more, only more than they could give.

For the second time in the first four weeks of the season, the Giants failed to reach the end zone, allowing the Cowboys to leave MetLife Stadium with a 20-15 victory on Thursday night.

It was the Cowboys’ seventh straight win over their rival, as well as Dak Prescott’s 13th straight win against the Giants, which is tied for the second-longest streak by a quarterback against an opponent in NFL history.
