Florida State offensive lineman Richie Leonard IV is out against SMU.

The senior played in all four games this season for the Seminoles (1-3) in his first year since transferring from Florida.

He started FSU’s 14-9 win over Cal last week, but will miss action against the Mustangs (3-1) on the road.

The Seminoles’ offensive line has struggled with injuries this season. Jeremiah Byers, Robert Scott Jr. and Darius Washington have all missed action this season. Byers hasn’t played since the season opener against Georgia Tech.

Norvell said earlier this week that Byers and Scott were working on being available for the game against SMU and that the duo could play Saturday night.

FSU vs. SMU kicks off at Gerald J. Ford Stadium at 8 p.m.
