The internet’s favorite pop star, Chappell Roan, is back on tour after canceling two festival appearances and will stop in Iowa where tickets are still available.

As part of “The Midwest Princess Tour,” Roan will perform at the Westfair Amphitheater on October 3 at 8 p.m.

A longtime musician, Roan has seen her star skyrocket over the past year, from opening for Olivia Rodrigo on her “Guts” tour to attracting record crowds at music festivals like Coachella and Lollapalooza.

This will be the Missouri native’s third stop in Iowa this year. Roan previously performed at the Val Air Ballroom in March and the Hinterland Music Festival in August. And now we go to western Iowa.

Tickets for the show are available directly through the Westfair Amphitheater ticketing platform AXS. The tickets are available through the platform’s official resale feature, with prices ranging from $65 to $500. Some resale tickets are also available on Ticketmaster and the price range is between $94 and $522.

Roan’s show in Iowa comes shortly after the one-year anniversary of the release of her debut album, ‘The Rise and Fall of a Midwest Princess,’ which was released on September 22, 2023. It topped the charts and received critical acclaim upon release. .

Chappel Roan’s show in Iowa comes after canceled All Things Go performances

Thursday’s show is Roan’s first tour after a short break from shows. On September 27, she told fans via Instagram Stories that she would no longer be performing at the All Things Go music festival stops in New York City and Columbia, Maryland; the shows were scheduled for September 28 and 29 respectively.

“I apologize to those who have been waiting to see me in New York and DC this weekend at All Things Go, but I will not be able to perform. Over the past few weeks things have become overwhelming and I really feel it,” Roan wrote on Instagram Stories. “I feel pressure to prioritize a lot of things right now and I need a few days to prioritize my health. I want to be present when I perform and give the best shows possible. Thank you for your understanding. Come back soon xox.”
