OAKLAND, California. – Krispy Kreme is offering free donuts to celebrate the addition of its sweet treats to the McDonald’s menu.

The donut company and the fast-food giant announced their partnership earlier this year, with the first phase of the expansion beginning Tuesday at McDonald’s locations in Chicago.

McDonald’s plans to sell Krispy Kreme donuts nationwide by the end of 2026.

To mark the expansion, Krispy Kreme will give a free donut to customers who present a McDonald’s coupon at participating locations nationwide from October 10 to 14.

“This offering is a fun way to satisfy donut lovers in Chicago, as well as fans from across the country who are eagerly awaiting the opportunity to enjoy this treat at their local McDonald’s,” Krispy Kreme said in a press release.

Krispy Kreme donuts are delivered daily to McDonald’s and customers can choose from three flavors: glazed, chocolate ice cream with sprinkles and chocolate ice cream kreme filled. They are available all day while supplies last.
