COACHELLA, Calif. (TNND) — Former President Donald Trump campaigned along the West Coast this weekend and hosted a campaign rally in Coachella, California, on Saturday.

California is known to vote blue in presidential elections. California is also Kamala Harris’ home state.

While hosting his rally at the site of the famous music festival, Trump had notable speakers before appearing on stage, including Dennis Quaid.

The actor spoke at the event as a special guest and told the crowd that the 2024 presidential election is between TikTok and the US Constitution.

“I’m here to tell you that it’s time to choose a side. Will we become a nation that stands for the Constitution or for TikTok?” Quaid asked the audience.

Quaid previously endorsed Trump in early September during his press tour for his film “Reagan.”

He said in an interview that he wasn’t ready to vote for Trump until he saw “a weaponization of our justice system.”

In the final stretch of his campaign, Trump will host a campaign rally at Madison Square Garden in New York City in the week leading up to November 5.
