Downs (toe) is active for Sunday’s game against the Titans.

Indianapolis will have both of its top two wideouts available for Week 6, as Downs and Michael Pittman (back) will play despite questionable tags on the weekend. Downs missed a few practices to begin preparation for Week 6, but since he completed a full workout on Friday, he shouldn’t have any restrictions on his shooting on Sunday. For the second week in a row, Downs will team with Joe Flacco at quarterback as Anthony Richardson gets another game off while still dealing with an oblique injury. While Flacco was under center for last week’s loss to Jacksonville, Downs hauled in nine of his 12 season targets for 69 yards.
