Detroit Lions defensive end Aidan Hutchinson was carted off the field during the third quarter of the Lions’ game against the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday.

Hutchinson left the field after sacking Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott on a second-down play. Hutchinson was tackling Prescott when his left leg appeared to collide with a teammate.

The Fox broadcast did not show a repeat of the injury, which they considered too gruesome. Hutchinson was on the field for several minutes before he could be taken away. Players from both teams gathered around him as he was taken to the locker room.
