With 16 days to go until the 2024 presidential elections tonight Saturday evening live host Michael Keaton and musical guest Billie Eilish used their appearances on the NBC sketch show to set the mood.

First, Keaton donned a TV shirt with the word Vote on it as he introduced Eilish’s first musical performance of the flagship song, Birds of a featherfrom her latest album, Hit me hard and soft.

He put the shirt back on for the curtain call at the end of the episode, with Eilish wearing an identical T-shirt. “Thank you and don’t forget…” he said as both he and Elish displayed the message on their clothing.

Keaton, as well as Eilish and her brother Finneas, have endorsed Kamala Harris for president, with Keaton recently seen campaigning for her in his native Pittsburgh while wearing the same T-shirt.

In both of her music performances, Eilish was accompanied by Finneas on acoustic guitar. The sky-themed stage in front Birds of a feather iIt featured a glass cube with a camera underneath that showed Eilish’s soles with the name of her 2024 album written on it, and at the end, she and Finneas leaned in. In addition to her musical guest duties, Eilish made a cameo in a TikTok skit. Meanwhile, Keaton’s opening monologue leaned heavily on his own Beetle juice character.
