    NFL scores, live updates: Lions vs. Vikings, Texans vs. Packers headline big matchups in Week 7

    The NFC North is currently the power center in the NFL, with all four teams playing at least two games above .500 heading into Week 7. Three of the teams are on the roster for the early slate – the Bears are at a bye after their 35-16 Week 6 thrashing of the Jaguars in London – and the Vikings, Lions and Packers all have a chance for statement wins this week.

    Minnesota hosts Detroit in a matchup of the top two teams in the division. At 5-0, the Vikings are the only undefeated team left in the NFC, while Detroit at 4-1 is the only other team in the NFC that has not suffered two losses. Detroit won both games last season en route to its first division title since 1993.

    The Packers are also at home in Week 7 and face a tough task during a visit from the Texans. Green Bay was able to tread water earlier this season when Jordan Love was out for a few games, but he’s back and the Packers have won their last two games after a close loss to the Vikings in Week 4.
