Ravens’ Derrick Henry jokes he’s ‘slow AF’ after getting caught long-leg vs. Bucs | News, scores, highlights, stats and rumors

Baltimore Ravens running back Derrick Henry jokingly expressed regret for not scoring another touchdown Monday night after being tackled on an 81-yard run in the third quarter.

Posting on social media after the game, Henry teased that he is “so slow” after being taken down in the red zone.

The Alabama product finished Monday’s game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers with 15 rushing attempts for 169 yards and one touchdown.

During his N.F.L Design Combine In 2016, Henry ran a 4.52 in the 40 meters, so to be clear: he is certainly not slow.

Henry has racked up 704 rushing yards this season, along with nine touchdowns in his first year with the Ravens.

The 30-year-old was selected by the Tennessee Titans with the No. 45 overall pick in 2016 and played eight seasons before moving to the Baltimore Ravens.
