The Pittsburgh Steelers are in the market for a receiver, and while the names most frequently floated are DeAndre Hopkins and Mike Williams, there may be a much more intriguing name on the market. According to Dianna Russini of The Athletic, the Los Angeles Rams have called “multiple teams” in an attempt to trade WR Cooper Kupp. Russini added that the Rams are willing to take on some of Kupp’s remaining salary for 2024 and want a second-round pick in return.

Russini also floated the idea of ​​the Rams trading Kupp for her Create city podcast earlier today, saying that teams were “playing” with the idea of ​​doing something for him.

“I think the Rams will definitely turn to Cooper Kupp. I think there are GMs… there are definitely some teams that are playing with that, and the Rams are open to it,” Russini said.

She also mentioned the possibility on The Dan LeBatard Show when asked directly about the Chiefs potentially trading for Kupp, although Russini said she doesn’t believe the Chiefs have the money to make a deal work even if Los Angeles will pick up a portion of Kupp’s salary. .
