    Zach Bryan is experiencing his own ‘American Heartbreak’ amid a breakup with Brianna Chickenfry.

    The “I Remember Everything” crooner announced his split from Chickenfry, whose legal name is Brianna LaPaglia, on his Instagram Story on Tuesday.

    “Addressing something: Brianna and I broke up with (each other) and I respect and love her with every ounce of my heart. She has loved me unconditionally for a long time and for that I will always thank her,” Bryan wrote.

    He continued: “I have personally had an incredibly difficult year and have struggled through some pretty serious things. I thought it would be good for both of us to go our separate ways. I am not perfect and never will be. Please respect Brianna’s privacy and space herein and if it is in your heart, mine too.”

    Bryan concluded his letter by telling fans that “I’m sorry, with everything I am and everyone I’ve let down. I do my best in everything. I’ve failed people who love me, and most of all of myself.”

    Shortly after Bryan’s announcement on Instagram, LaPaglia responded with a message of his own to fans.

    “Hey guys, I’m really feeling blindsided right now,” she wrote on her own Instagram Story. “I’m going to be off social media for a while and try to heal privately. When I’m ready, I’ll be back and ready to talk.”

    “I love you guys so much, thank you for all your kind words. Remember that you are so loved and everything will always be okay,” she added. She told followers in a YouTube video that she had “no idea” Bryan posted his statement and that he did not send her a text, telling viewers she was “blindsided” and that she “cried for five days straight.”

    “How can you give someone everything and love them so unconditionally, like doing things you shouldn’t do… how can you give every ounce of yourself to someone and be thrown away in a few days?” LaPaglia wrote to fans that she did not want to talk about details and “at this time I wanted to heal privately.”

    She asked fans to respect her privacy and said she would provide an update soon. LaPaglia also thanked people for kind messages while they were “hurt” and shared that the couple split on Monday.

    Before Bryan posted his story on Tuesday, his ex-girlfriend shared a post on Instagram on Monday that hinted at her next chapter: “And in the end, you’ll find that life goes on even when you don’t want it to,” she wrote. said. ‘The days will pass and the world will be moving while you ask it to stop.     “It flipped over a bunch of times, everything shattered and thank God we had our seat belts on,” she said of the crash, which happened two nights earlier. “But there was a lot of blood shed and we thought we were saying goodbye to each other.”

    Bryan, who is currently on his Quittin Time tour, had a “huge cut” stitched up after the ambulance arrived. The pair also delighted fans when they attended the 2024 Grammy Awards in February to celebrate the singer’s three nominations, including best country album and subsequent win for “I Remember Everything” with Kacey Musgraves.
