Apple wants you to attend a big Severance season 2 meeting tomorrow – and there’s only one thing it’ll reveal

Update: And here’s the official trailer for it Disconnection season 2, which is so obnoxiously cheerful and trippy that I can’t wait to get back to the office on Apple’s streaming service.

Apple is preparing to present something big Disconnection season 2 tomorrow (October 23) – and I’m confident this will be the official trailer for the next chapter of the hit show.

Uploaded with little fanfare, a placeholder for a virtual one Disconnection The meeting was added to the Apple TV Plus YouTube channel today (October 22), indicating a big reveal is coming for the return of the hugely popular sci-fi show. Understandably, the teaser has sent fans into a frenzy, with many – including myself – believing that a season 2 trailer is on the way. Hey, why else would Apple tell us to join an all-party meeting tomorrow at 9am ET / 6am PT / 2pm BST / 10pm AEST, on YouTube no less, if it wasn’t preparing to to release the first real trailer of season 2?

If – or rather, when – the teaser is revealed, it won’t be the first official footage we’ve actually seen Disconnection‘s second season. Indeed, back in July we were treated to a 30-second montage of the next part of one of the best Apple TV Plus shows that, due to its incredibly short running time, did little to satiate our hunger for Season 2. Disconnection The first, albeit short, teaser of Season 2 confirmed when it will debut on Apple’s streaming service: January 17, 2025, for anyone who didn’t know.

Before then, these were the only images we had seen of it Disconnection‘s next entry came in mid-June, and even then gave us only a small glimpse of Adam Scott’s Mark Scout staring intently into the camera. That blink-and-you’ll-miss-it clip was part of a broader look at an Apple TV Plus bonanza trailer that ran as part of Apple’s WWDC 2024 event, so it’s about time an actual Season 2 trailer *ahem* one ‘outing’ becomes an ‘innie’ after being an ‘innie’ for so long.

It’s likely that one Disconnection The season 2 trailer won’t be the only thing Lumon Industries ‘treats’ us with either. With the highly rated series returning in just a few months, a confirmed cast list and story synopsis wouldn’t be out of place, so don’t be surprised if these details are 3D printed and sent to us along with this season’s episodes. teaser.
