CHARLOTTE, NC — For the fourth time this fall, High Point University’s Anais Arafi was named Big South Conference Freshman of the Week, as announced by the conference Thursday afternoon.

Arafi played a crucial role in securing a fourth-place team finish for the Panthers with rounds of 79 and 72 on the first day. During her opening round, she recorded an impressive eagle on the 12th hole. At the 2024 Southern, the freshman recorded 11 birdies to finish in 13th place overall.
