The Milwaukee Bucks (1-0) welcome the Chicago Bulls (0-1) to Fiserv Forum tonight for their home opener.

In a high-scoring first half, the Bucks took a 64-63 lead into the intermission thanks to a last-second three-pointer from Bobby Portis Jr. Giannis Antetokounmpo scored 17 in the first half for Milwaukee, while Zach LaVine and Coby White led Chicago. with 17 each.

Damian Lillard scored 13 points in the opening frame to help the Bucks take a 32-30 lead in the first quarter. Milwaukee led by eight with just under two minutes left, but the Bulls closed on a 6-0 run.

Milwaukee came out of Philadelphia’s season opener in a bit of disarray, as starting shooting guard Gary Trent Jr. had a contusion on the right calf and Brook Lopez had a contusion on the right side. But head coach Doc Rivers said both are available to play against Chicago. The Bucks are already without starting forward Khris Middleton.

He is available. The MVP candidate is likely playing with right patella tendinitis. He played through the injury in Wednesday’s season opener, scoring 25 points and grabbing 14 rebounds in the Bucks’ win.
