Jon Stewart isn’t going anywhere anytime soon.

“The Daily Show” alumnus, who returned to Comedy Central’s talk show as an interim host in February, will continue to anchor the show through 2025, Paramount Global announced Monday.

“Jon’s keen intellect and sharp humor make him one of the most important voices in political and cultural commentary today,” said Chris McCarthy, co-CEO of Paramount Global and president/CEO of Showtime and MTV Entertainment Studios.

“His ability to cut through the noise and deliver clear insights is exactly what we need, which is why we’re thrilled to have him lead ‘The Daily Show’ for another year,” McCarthy said in the press release.

Stewart’s shocking return came after previous host Trevor Noah ended his seven-year run on “The Daily Show,” leaving the program in need of a new lead.

Stewart, who hosts “The Daily Show” on Mondays, will continue to share hosting duties with alternate hosts Tuesday through Thursday.
