Rodriguez, an analyst for FOX Sports, appeared on “Fox & Friends” hours before the game and said it’s just one game at a time from now on and noted the Yankees have won four games multiple times this season.

“Well, I think you have to break it down into the question: Can you win one game? And it starts with one throw,” Rodriguez said. “But here’s some good news. The Yankees have won four games in a row nine times this year. And they’ve done it once in the postseason, but you can’t think that big. You really have to break it down to show winning tonight .

“You’ve got a good game tonight because they’ve got the (Dodgers) bullpen against (Luis) Gil. And tomorrow night (if possible) you’ve got the best pitcher in the factory in Gerrit Cole. So start with one, and then bring this thing back to LA”

The offensive struggle was noticeable.

Aaron Judge, the likely American League MVP, is 1-for-12 with a walk in the series.

Rodriguez has been in Judge’s shoes in the past, struggling at key moments of his career. He expressed his concerns about Judge.

“Look, Aaron Judge has had an incredible last two seasons,” he added. “And it’s ironic that you saw (Giancarlo) Stanton struggle this season and he was Superman in the playoffs. And Aaron was the opposite. I’ve been where he is now, and I really feel sorry for him because you that wasn’t possible.” have a better guy.

“My concern is this: If it goes from physical to mental, that’s a real concern because that can last for a minute. Physically, it’s just like golf. You hit a ball on the drive right in the middle of the fairway, you feel pretty good. But Aaron, I feel like he’s putting a little bit of pressure. He’s pulling the ball away. And if you read the body language, it screams like a little bit of discomfort.
