BALTIMORE – A Freeze Warning is in effect for central Maryland and the East Coast from 2 a.m. to 9 a.m. Monday. In some places the temperature can drop to 31 degrees. This could lead to widespread frost across the region. All plants that are not covered or brought indoors will be damaged or die. Packing Monday morning!
