Former President Trump drove into Wisconsin in a garbage truck on Wednesday, an apparent reference to President Biden’s comments about supporters of the Republican candidate, which have created a firestorm for Vice President Kamala Harris in the final days of a fierce controversial battle. election.

Trump was pictured in Green Bay in a white garbage truck, wearing an orange reflective vest with “Trump Make America Great Again 2024” written on the vehicle.

“What do you think of my garbage truck?” Trump asked reporters. “This truck is in honor of Kamala and Joe Biden.”

The stunt is an apparent attack on Biden, who has come under fire for calling Trump supporters trash.

During a virtual Harris campaign call with Voto Latino, Biden took a swipe at Trump’s former weekend rally at Madison Square Garden, which made headlines after being insulted comedian Tony Hinchiff joked mocking various ethnic groups, with one joke referring to Puerto Rico as a “floating island of trash.”

“The only trash I see floating out there is his supporters,” Biden said. “His demonization of Latinos is unconscionable and un-American.”

The comment quickly went viral and drew swift condemnation from critics.

Biden’s comments were quickly compared to those of Hillary Clinton, who declared Trump supporters “deplorable” during the 2016 presidential race.

Trump himself responded to Biden’s “terrible” comment at a rally in Allentown, Pennsylvania.

“He has said several times that he is a president for everyone. It doesn’t matter if you’re in a red state. It doesn’t matter if you live in a blue state,” she said.

Vivek Ramaswamy was also spotted on the back of a garbage truck in Charlotte, North Carolina on Wednesday. Ramaswamy, who endorsed Trump after withdrawing from the presidential race, wore a yellow reflective vest as he greeted supporters.
