The Atlanta Falcons will once again be without Troy Andersen, who is still recovering from an injury suffered earlier this season, and will also be without rookie inside linebacker JD Bertrand. Their linebacker depth on Sunday will therefore be quite thin, with newly signed Rashaan Evans likely to get some playing time in place of Nate Landman and Kaden Elliss.

The team’s list of inactives outside of that duo isn’t surprising, but one item is a bit frustrating. With Ruke Orhorhoro on injured reserve, the Falcons are still inactivating fellow rookie defensive lineman Brandon Dorlus, meaning we’ll have to wait until the intriguing player makes his debut in 2024. Fellow rookie Jase McClellan joins a trio of offensive linemen of Jovaughn Gwyn, Brandon Parker and Elijah Wilkinson, with Chris Lindstrom active and Drew Dalman sitting out.

Here’s hoping the team’s inside linebackers look good today against this Dallas offense, and that we finally see Andersen return for Week 10.
