Mike Tyson vs. Jake Paul, finally! Postponed punchout in just a week

In just eight days, Mike Tyson and Jake Paul will face off in a highly anticipated boxing match that Netflix will stream worldwide.

The fight, originally scheduled to take place on July 20, was moved to November 15 after being postponed in May due to Tyson’s health.

At the time, Netflix said the “recent flare-up of a stomach ulcer” was limiting his ability to fully train, so the decision was made to postpone the fight.

“Although we had to postpone the fight, I will resume training soon. “I am grateful to the medical staff who treated me and to MVP, Netflix and AT&T Stadium for their hard work to find the best rescheduling date for all parties,” Tyson previously said in a press release.

“Although we have a new date, the result will be the same no matter when we fight. Jake Paul gets knocked out,” Tyson added.

During the last five months leading up to the fight, Tyson and Paul continued to mock each other on social media.

Paul’s last post was on Friday and showed the boxer training for fight night, and directed some nice words at Tyson.

“I still work harder than you,” he says, punching a punching bag.
