You can always count on it Jennifer Lopez to bring the glamour, and she did just that last night at the premiere in Los Angeles Bad.

The actor made a surprise appearance at the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion to support Ariana Grande, Cynthia Erivo and the rest of the cast and crew as they celebrated the West Coast debut of their Broadway film adaptation. Instead of choosing between Elphaba green or Glinda pink like Grande and Erivo have been doing all along press tour—Lopez instead opted for a glittering dress that channeled the city of Oz.

Her Zuhair Murad gown was covered in intricate beading and featured a mosaic of golden earth tones, as well as some revealing cutouts. The halterneck dress left her entire back exposed, while cutouts on either side of her torso gave a glimpse of her toned abs. Below, the dress’s bedazzled skirt fell elegantly to the floor, while a thigh-high leg slit allowed Lopez to show off a pair of silver strappy heels.

The Can’t get enough singer leaned further into her sparkling ensemble with two bejeweled cuff bracelets, as well as a rectangular silver clutch. Shimmering gold eyeshadow rounded out the shine of her outfit, while a romantic updo with loose, curled tendrils completed her look.

Lopez’s stop at the Bad premiere follows her performances for her own press tour. While promoting her upcoming movie Unstoppablethe actor took some styling risksshowing off a pair of shiny gladiator boots and a pantless ensemble with leopard print. Even her street style has taken a bold turn, with looks ranging from microshorts to a bubble mini skirt.

Maybe have Lopez follow her divorce from Ben Affleckwhich she spoke about in a candid conversation with comedian Nikki Glaser Interview magazine. “Being in a relationship doesn’t define me. I can’t look for happiness in other people,” Lopez said. “I have to have happiness within myself… What if I’m just free?”
