Megan Fox’s family is getting bigger!

The ‘Jennifer’s Body’ star is pregnant and expecting her and partner Machine Gun Kelly’s first child together, after previously suffering a miscarriage.

Fox announced the news on Monday, sharing an Instagram post that read: “Nothing is ever truly lost. welcome back 👼🏼❤️.”

In the Instagram carousel, she shared a photo of herself covered in oil while cradling her bump, and a second of a positive pregnancy test. Fox also tagged Kelly in the post, confirming he was the father.

The actress, 38, is already a mother, as she and ex-husband Brian Austin Green co-parent Noah, 11, Bodhi, 9, and Journey, 7.

As for MGK, the 34-year-old rapper welcomed daughter Casie, now 15, in 2009 with then-girlfriend Emma Cannon.

He and Fox started dating in 2020 after meeting on the set of ‘Midnight in the Switchgrass,’ with the rocker proposing two years later.

Following his proposal, MGK hinted that the “New Girl” alum had experienced pregnancy loss while performing at the Billboard Music Awards and dedicated the set to their “unborn child.”

She confirmed this in her poetry book ‘Pretty Boys Are Poisonous’, which appeared on the bookshelves in November 2023.

The “Transformers” star subsequently told WWD that the miscarriage was “hard” to process.

She recalled, “This miscarriage (was) really tragic for me and left me with a lot of sadness and a lot of suffering.”

This wasn’t Fox’s first loss, as she had previously experienced an ectopic pregnancy.

Although the status of her and MGK’s relationship was unclear at the time of the interview, Fox confirmed in March that they had ended their engagement.

However, she noted, “There will always be a bond with him no matter what. I can’t say what the capacity will be, but somehow I will always be connected to him.”

The on-again, off-again couple has since been spotted cuddling on multiple outings, from the Stagecoach festival in April to Michael Rubin’s white party two months later.

In July, the duo sparked baby speculation when Fox appeared pregnant in MGK’s “Lonely Road” music video.

Although Fox did not address the rumors at the time, she subsequently stepped out without a visible bump.
