World Kindness Day deal: One dozen glazed donuts free at Krispy Kreme

Krispy Kreme has announced that it will celebrate World Kindness Day on November 13 by giving the first 500 guests at each store a free Original Glazed Dozen, no purchase necessary.

The Charlotte-based confectionery hopes this will inspire customers to spread kindness by sharing the free treats with others.

“World Kindness Day reminds us that we can all have a positive impact on people’s lives, even through small gestures like sharing a sweet treat. We hope that every dozen Original Glazed donuts we give away will lead to dozens of small acts of kindness enables and inspires,” said Dave Skena, the Global Chief Brand Officer, in a statement.

New Thanksgiving pie donut collection at Krispy Kreme

Last week, Krispy Kreme added four new flavors to enhance “the season of sharing joy and gratitude” with Thanksgiving pie-inspired pastries available now through November 28.

Chocolate Silk Pie Donut: An original glazed donut dipped in chocolate glaze, topped with chocolate buttercream and chocolate curls.
Lemon Creme Pie Donut: An unglazed donut filled with lemon pie filling, dipped in lemon yellow icing and graham crunch, topped with a dollop of meringue buttercream.
Blueberry Crisp Donut: An unglazed donut with blueberry filling, dipped in blueberry glaze and streusel topping.
Apple Crumble Donut: An unglazed donut with apple pie filling, topped with pie crust buttercream and a cinnamon cookie topping.
