Walmart is rolling out its Black Friday deals in two waves this year. The online part of the first wave live now – but only if you have a Walmart+ membership. Sales start at 5:00 PM ET for everyone else. The retail portion of this first wave starts on November 15.

Even though Walmart is advertising this as a big sale with discounts of up to 70%, I half expected warm deals on off-brand items. I’m actually surprised by how good some of the deals are so far removed from the actual Black Friday. You can find great prices on expensive branded items like AirPods, Xbox Series X and more. Here’s what’s on sale right now at Walmart.

The best deal in this first wave of Walmart’s Black Friday sale is undoubtedly a big one 50% price reduction on a 12-month Walmart+ membership. Membership normally costs $98, but now you can get it for $49. In addition to early access to both waves of Black Friday deals, it gives you quite a few other benefits.

You get free shipping from the website with no minimum order amount, and free delivery on orders over $35 in stores (groceries and anything else your local Walmart sells). It also includes a subscription to Paramount+, discounts at Burger King, savings on fuel at select stations and more. This is a great deal that will likely pay for itself quickly if you shop at Walmart regularly.

Tech – Walmart Early Black Friday 2024 Deals

Beats Solo 3 wireless headphones do almost half the price. That’s a good deal, but it’s worth noting that this is the 2019 model and you can get the newer Solo 4 headset on sale now for $129.99 at Best Buy. I’d be surprised if the 4’s didn’t drop even lower closer to Black Friday.

TVs – Walmart Early Black Friday 2024 Deals

Anyone looking for a TV deal can save $100+ on a variety of models. The giant 75″ TCL S4 yes on sale for $378while being more modestly priced 50″ Hisense set does only $138. You’ll likely find similar discounts on higher quality TVs closer to Black Friday, but if you need a TV now, these are decent deals.

Gaming – Walmart Black Friday 2024 Deals

Black Friday usually sees a huge flood of gaming deals. That’s not the case yet during this early sale, but you can still score some decent Xbox, PS5, and Nintendo Switch deals. And if you’re a PC gamer, that Samsung Odyssey monitor is a great deal.

Other Walmart+ early Black Friday deals

If air fryers are your thing, it’s hard to beat this Gourmia model on sale for $35. There’s no MSRP or model number listed, which makes me think it’s one of those “only available during Black Friday” items, meaning you can’t find any reviews for it. You must bring a flyer for this fryer if you want to pick it up.

The rest of the sale is still great to browse if you want to get a head start on your holiday shopping. The deals may not always be from brands you recognize, but they can be. That said, if you want bigger discounts on popular items, you’ll probably want to wait for the second wave of sales.

When is the second wave of Walmart’s Black Friday 2024 sale?

The next wave of Walmart’s Black Friday 2024 sale starts on Monday, November 25. Like the first wave, it will be available early to Walmart+ members (starting at noon ET). Non-members can start shopping the sale that same day at 5:00 PM ET. And if you want to shop in-store for this wave, you’ll have to wait for Black Friday itself, which takes place on November 29 this year. Maybe then we’ll see even bigger deals on items like PS5 consoles and more.

After that, a final wave of deals will start online on December 1. That’s Walmart’s Cyber ​​Monday 2024 sale. In recent years, this sale has offered very similar deals to the Black Friday sale. And it’s online only, so there won’t be an in-store item in the Cyber ​​Monday sale.
