Skai Jackson is expecting her first child.

The actress, 22, announced her pregnancy to People, with the outlet sharing photos of the star and her burgeoning baby bump.

Jackson is expecting her first child with her boyfriend, whose identity is not yet known.

“I’m excited to start this new chapter in my life: embracing motherhood and diving into new acting projects. My heart is so full!’ she told the publication.

In photos posted by the outlet, Skai showed off her baby bump in a lilac crop top while enjoying an outing with her mom Kiya Cole.

It comes after Skai sparked pregnancy rumors last week when she was spotted cradling her bump in LA.

The pregnancy news comes just months after Skai was arrested on suspicion of domestic violence but not charged.

In September, it was revealed that the Los Angeles district attorney’s office declined to file charges and dropped the case against her.

She was previously arrested on August 8 at Universal Studios CityWalk in Los Angeles, California after an alleged altercation with her boyfriend.

Police responded to a call from the theme park after security personnel arrested Jackson for allegedly pushing her boyfriend.

Officers reviewed surveillance footage of the alleged incident.

No weapons were involved and there were no identifiable injuries, the sheriff confirmed at the time.

“Skai is relieved that the investigation revealed that this was nothing more than a misunderstanding,” a rep for Jackson said in a statement obtained by PEOPLE.

“We appreciate that the District Attorney’s Office very quickly decided that no charges should be filed and Skai looks forward to putting this behind him,” the report continued.

At the time of her arrest, law enforcement sources told TMZ that she told arresting officers that she was “happily engaged and expecting a baby.”

The star — who avoided questions from fans about her arrest — did not have charges filed against her because prosecutors found a lack of evidence, TMZ reported Saturday.

The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office said the case will not proceed because Jackson has no criminal history.

The alleged victim, her boyfriend, has no injuries and has not cooperated with prosecutors.

Jackson is best known for her roles on the Disney Channel sitcom Jessie and spin-off Bunk’d, both of which ended in 2018.
