Cava Group Inc. raised its full-year guidance for the third quarter in a row and posted quarterly revenue that exceeded market expectations, the latest example of a fast-casual company winning over diners as the rest of the industry struggles.

The Mediterranean fast-casual chain sees sales in restaurants open for at least a year increasing by as much as 13% in 2024, compared to the previous expectation of as much as 9.5%. The company has consistently raised its expectations this year as quarterly results beat Wall Street estimates.
