    “Deadpool & Wolverine,” the third installment in the “Merc with a Mouth’s” film franchise, is now streaming on Disney+.

    The film, starring Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman, earned more than $1 billion at the box office, according to the Walt Disney Company, making it the highest R-rated film of all time.

    Where can you stream ‘Deadpool and Wolverine’

    “Deadpool & Wolverine” began streaming on Disney+ on Tuesday, November 12, 2024.

    The streaming service announced the date in a sneaky, blink-and-you’ll-miss-it moment toward the end of a teaser trailer announcing upcoming 2024-2025 Marvel Studios titles launching exclusively on Disney+.

    How much does Disney plus cost?

    A subscription to Disney+ currently starts at $10.99 per month. Premium plans are also available from $16.99 – $19.99 per month, including ad-free streaming, as well as bundled access to hulu, ESPN+, and max.

    Is ‘Deadpool & Wolverine’ on Amazon Prime?

    The film is not included in the Amazon Prime Video streaming subscription. However, you can now buy ‘Deadpool & Wolverine’ on Amazon Prime Video starting at $19.99.

    What is the storyline of ‘Deadpool and Wolverine’?

    Wade Wilson (Ryan Reynolds), aka Deadpool, is depressed, according to a synopsis from Showtimes. He’s been dumped by girlfriend Vanessa (Morena Baccarin), rejected by the Avengers and now sells used cars. Things look bleak until an agent of the Time Variance Authority named Mr. Paradox (Matthew Macfadyen) Deadpool asks to join the Marvel Cinematic Universe and help protect the multiverse.

    Deadpool travels to an alternate timeline and teams up with Wolverine (Hugh Jackman), who turns out to be more gruff and grumpy than he expected, Showtimes writes. The pair’s mission is to save Deadpool’s universe before it is destroyed by traveling from one place to another, some of which are filled with debris from other 20th Century Fox films.

    The film has a running time of 2 hours and 8 minutes.

    What is the rating of ‘Deadpool and Wolverine’?

    “Deadpool & Wolverine” is rated R for bloody violence, strong language and sexual references. According to Disney, it is the highest-grossing R-rated film in history, grossing $1 billion in the first 23 days of its release.

    Disney had similar success this year with “Inside Out 2,” another billion-dollar earner rated PG. The Walt Disney Company has touted itself as the only studio to release two billion-dollar films in one year.
