Molly-Mae Haag has broken her silence months after a surprising divorce Tommy Fury.

The Hague, 25, spoke British Vogue for her first interview after posting an Instagram Story in August revealing that she and Fury, 25, had broken off their engagement. The Love Island UK alumni share 21-month-old daughter Bambi.

“Aside from Tommy and I, no one will ever really know what happened, and we’d like to keep it that way, for Bambi’s sake,” Haag told the magazine in a profile published on Friday, November 15. “I really think that eventually he will talk about things. I do think that when he’s ready, maybe more will be said. But I think he should do it on his terms.”

After Haag posted her statement on social media, rumors that Fury was cheating began circulating online. He has since denied any infidelity.

“It’s not like it’s gossip,” she continued. “It is a very deep situation. It’s really sad.”

“It was a bit of a shock,” Haag admitted British Vogue of the breakup. “I didn’t want what happened.”

Despite the split, Haag said she still has “a lot of love and respect” for Fury. As for co-parenting their daughter, she said they are both “very mature about it.”

Haag said she initially struggled to get through the breakup. But her inner circle rallied behind her.

“It’s literally four friends,” she said. “It actually is. It just works best that way, because then you know that the people around you are really there for the right reasons.”

As for the following? Hague is gearing up to be the subject of an upcoming Prime Video documentary, which began filming just as she split from Fury.

“So far so good,” she said of the filming process. “I haven’t gone crazy yet because of the cameras in my house.”
