Broncos elevate ILB Zach Cunningham and G Nick Gargiulo for Week 12 game against Raiders

ENGLEWOOD, Colo. — The Broncos have selected a few players for Sunday’s game against the Raiders.

Denver moved inside linebacker Zach Cunningham and guard Nick Gargiulo from the practice squad to the active roster for a Week 12 game in Las Vegas, the team announced Saturday.

Cunningham has risen each of the past two weeks, and he made his Broncos debut in a Week 11 win over the Falcons. The 2017 second-round pick recorded three tackles against Atlanta last week. Before arriving in Denver, Cunningham started 86 career games over time with three different organizations. He has posted 708 tackles, 31 tackles for loss, 13 quarterback hits, 6.5 sacks, five forced fumbles and four fumble recoveries in his career.

Gargiulo, the 256th overall pick in the 2024 NFL Draft, has spent the season on the Broncos’ practice squad and has not yet appeared in a regular-season game. The 6-foot-1, 310-pound player started 12 games for South Carolina in 2023 after spending the 2018-2022 seasons at Yale.

Denver will face the Raiders at Allegiant Stadium on Sunday at 2:05 PM MT.
