NFL playoff picture Week 12: Lions, Chiefs move into first place as postseason race heats up

The play-off race is getting tighter, but nothing has changed at the top.

The Chiefs clinched a victory over the Panthers with a game-winning field goal, and the Lions breezed past the Indianapolis Colts. The Lions are now 10-1 for the first time since 1934. Neither has officially clinched a playoff spot yet, but that feels imminent.
