CHARLOTTE, NC (WBTV/Gray News) – If you’re having trouble using Microsoft Exchange or Teams, you’re not alone.

Microsoft said it is investigating the issues users are having with both programs, according to reports on X.

Microsoft said they believe they have found the problem and are working to fix it.

Downdetector showed an increase in Microsoft 365 outages between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. on Monday, with 86% of outages affecting Outlook, 9% affecting Exchange and 6% affecting SharePoint.

There is no time frame for when you can expect services to be restored.
