• Hit the road. As of tonight, 10 of the Thunder’s next 12 will be on the road. Oklahoma City will be tested until the end of the year, and how they fare will inevitably create optimism or fear surrounding Chet Holmgren’s return.
• Health. These Thunder won’t play: Chet, Caruso, Dieng, JWill, Ducas, Topic and Joe (doubtful). If Malik Monk returns as scheduled tonight, the Kings will essentially be at full strength. I hope Isaiah Hartenstein is ready to match most of Domantis Sabonis’ 35-plus minutes.
• Starting choices. Now that IHart is back, we find out if he will start for the depleted Thunder or bind to the bit get to work with Mark Daigneault in his ideal role as sixth man. I vote for an IHart start (see above).
