Ben Affleck takes a break to celebrate Thanksgiving with his kids.

The Oscar winner is currently filming his upcoming movie TEAR with boyfriend Matt Damon, spotted on set in Los Angeles earlier this week.

A source tells PEOPLE, “He’s very happy with life. He enjoys working. He’ll be spending Thanksgiving with his kids.”

Affleck and Damon are also producers of the crime thriller TEARwho also filmed in New Jersey and also featured Teyana Taylor and The flash‘s Sasha Calle.

An insider from the set says Affleck “was in good spirits and super fun to work with.”

“They (Affleck and Damon) are a great team. You can tell they enjoy working together. Ben looks great too. He seems to be in a good place,” the insider said.
