ForbesToday’s NYT ‘Connections’ tips and answers for November 28

Hey there, bargain hunters! It’s Black Friday, which means you might be looking for some great deals. I’ve already bought a lot of things on sale, so I probably won’t buy anything else unless I find a great discount.

One thing I did pick up is the virtual reality headset for PlayStation 5. I’m sad that I’m not having a great time with it so far.

I haven’t figured out yet how to keep it on my head so that the image doesn’t get blurry while I’m wearing my glasses. I also came across a bug where a VR version was made of it Trombone championa game that I really wanted to try out, and that is not playable. I’ll stick with the PS VR2 a little longer, but I’m already on the verge of returning it. That’s how it goes.

Today NYT Connections hints and answers for friday november 29th are coming soon.

Play connections

Connections is a free, popular New York Times daily word game. Every day you get a new puzzle at midnight. You can play on the NYT website or Games app.

You will be shown a grid of 16 words. Your job is to divide them into four groups of four by discovering the connections between them. The groups can be things like clickable items, names for study participants, or words preceded by a body part.

There is only one solution to each puzzle, and you have to be careful when it comes to words that fit into more than one category. You can play the words in any order so you might see the connections between them.

Each group has a color code. The yellow group is usually the easiest to figure out, blue and green fall in the middle, and the purple group is usually the most difficult. The purple group often uses puns.

Select four words that you think go together and press Send. If you make a guess and you’re wrong, you lose a life. When you’re close to the right group, you might see a message saying you’re just one word away from the right group, but you still need to figure out which one to swap.

If you make four mistakes, the game is over. Let’s make sure this doesn’t happen with some tips and, if you’re really struggling, today’s information Connections answers. As with Word and other similar games, it’s easy to share results with your friends on social media and group chats.

If you have a NYT With an All Access or Games subscription you have access to the publications Connections archive. This includes every previous game of Connectionsso you can go back and play the games you missed.

Apart from the first 60 or so games, you should be able to find my hints for each grid via Google if you need them! Just click here and add the date of the game for which you need clues or the answers to the search query.

What are today’s answers to connections?

This is your final warning!

Today Connections answers are…

  • Yellow group — company (ENDEAVOR, ENTERPRISE, PROJECT, VENTURE)

  • Blue Group – MLB Team Member (NATIONAL, RAY, TIGER, TWIN)

Not a perfect match today, but I’m happy with back-to-back wins. Here’s how I fared:

I thought ENDEAVOUR, ENTERPRISE, NATIONAL and HERTZ would form a group of car rental companies, but no! Realizing I was being sucked in by a red herring, I swapped the last two for the yellow.

I had a feeling about TWIN and TIGER and it took me a moment of staring at them before the connection clicked. RAY was an easy addition, but I had to dig into my memory to remember the existence of the Washington Nationals (the others are the Tampa Bay Rays, Detroit Tigers, and Minnesota Twins).

I had a suspicion what BOARDWALK was referring to Promenade Empirebut instead of considering other HBO shows, I focused on identifying what I thought were the greens. HERTZ and VOLT obviously make sense together as types of measurements, as does SECOND. Somehow I thought GAME would go with them.

So I guessed what I thought were the purples (including MOLE) and I was one away. At that point I realized what was going on here, so I got the purples and then the greens for a second win in a row.

For the record, the shows referenced are Boardwalk Empire, curb your enthusiasm, Game of Thrones And Silicon Valley. My clue refers Band of Brothers, real detective, real blood And Six feet under.

A MOLE, meanwhile, is used to measure a number of molecules or atoms. I learned something new today.

That’s all it takes for today Connections clues and answers. Be sure to check out my blog for tips and the solution for Saturday’s game if you need it.

PS There are certainly a lot of great theme songs for HBO shows. That of The Last of Us, Game of Thrones and season one of The wire are personal favorites. But let’s go for that one Real Blood. It was a perfect fit for that show.
