Hot cakes could sell like Chiefs touchdowns on Black Friday when Kansas City takes on the Las Vegas Raiders.

The Chiefs’ offense wasn’t as explosive at times as in years past, but that didn’t really matter: Good, complementary football has put Kansas City at 10-1 and resting comfortably atop the AFC. West.

The Raiders haven’t quite been able to capture Antonio Pierce’s magic from season one, as the Raiders sit uncomfortably in the division cellar at 2-9. Part of that is due to the quarterback carousel: Now without Gardner Minshew, the Raiders will turn to Aidan O’Connell on Friday to try to end their seven-game losing streak.

That’s quite a job, but we’re in the holiday season – small miracles don’t have to be unexpected.
