He gave us no warning! Kendrick Lamar just released a new album GNXand we’ve got the details in this week’s Music You Should Know. The rap icon started with a teaser video that got fans excited, but immediately followed with the twelve songs GNX album. On the album, SZA joins her former TDE buddy on “Luther,” while Dot samples Debbie Deb’s “When I Hear Music” for “Squabble Up.” It’s been a big year for the “Not Like Us” rapper, and next year will be even bigger. Kendrick will be on the Super Bowl stage in 2025 and racked up seven nominations at next year’s Grammy ceremony. GNX is now available.
