Artem Chenghintzev is currently in jail after being arrested for domestic violence.

According to TMZ, police records in Napa, California reveal that the Dancing with the stars Alum was booked into the Napa County Jail on Thursday on suspicion of domestic violence.

It’s unclear what the exact circumstances were that led to his arrest. TMZ noted that his wife, former WWE star Nikki Garcia, said she was also in Napa in an Instagram Story shared Wednesday. It’s still unknown if Garcia was involved in the incident in any way. The couple owns a home together in Napa Valley.

The couple have a 4-year-old son together, Matteo, and they celebrated their second wedding anniversary earlier this week.

Documents show that Artem Chingvintsev is currently being held on a $25,000.00 bail.

Nikki Garcia has not wrestled since the 2022 Women’s Royal Rumble. She left WWE in 2023 and has maintained that she would like to make an in-ring comeback at some point.

During a recent episode of the Nikki & Brie showwelcomed twin Britt Baker, who saw her as a potential opponent.

Nikki Garcia: I would come out of retirement for you.
