“Dancing with the Stars” advocate Artem Chigvintsev has been arrested on domestic violence charges, according to Napa County, California, jail records.

The 42-year-old was arrested around 10 a.m. Thursday and was booked under California Penal Code Section 273.5(a), which makes it illegal to injure a spouse, domestic partner or co-parent in a domestic violence incident.

His bail was set at $25,000, according to jail records.

Chigvintsev is married to former WWE wrestler Nikki Garcia, although it is unknown who the offense was against. The two share a child, 4-year-old Matteo.

ABC, which airs “Dancing with the Stars,” declined to comment on the arrest.
