    Indiana Fever is 5-1 since the Olympic break and is 16-16 overall.

    Indiana was led by Caitlin Clark’s 31 points and 12 assists in a win over the Chicago Sky on Friday. Today, the Fever travel to Texas to take on the Dallas Wings.

    Caitlin Clark gave Aliyah Boston a layup and a foul, then Damiris Dantas a 3-pointer to tie the score at 78-78 with 7:03 left.

    Satou Sabally took the lead in the third quarter to support Arike Ogunbowale with a total of 19 points, while Ogunbowale scored 31.

    The backcourt of Kelsey Mitchell (25 points, 3 of 5 3-pointers) and Caitlin Clark (21 points, 7 assists) keep the Fever within reach.

    Temi Fagbenle scored on an offensive rebound of a Clark 3-point miss as the buzzer sounded, cutting Indiana’s deficit to four points. Dallas led by as many as 12 points in the quarter.

    Dallas’ Arike Ogunbowale scored 24 points in the first half, including six 3-pointers, to lead the way. The Fever are still led by Kelsey Mitchell with 15 points and Caitlin Clark picked up the slack with 12 points on 5-of-10 shooting with 4 assists, 3 rebounds and no turnovers.

    Caitlin Clark scored her 595th point this season, breaking Tamika Catchings’ rookie record for the franchise.

    Indiana Fever took the lead with 8:26 left in the first half, thanks to Kelsey Mitchell who quickly scored 5 points in the quarter.

    Arike Ogunbowale is 5-of-7 on 3-pointers in the first quarter for Dallas, scoring 15 of 23 points. Kelsey Mitchell leads the Fever with eight points, Nalyssa Smith has six and Caitlin Clark has 5 on 2-of-6 shooting with just one assist.
