The Cincinnati Bengals came up just short, losing a thrilling game to the Kansas City Chiefs.

In this exciting match on Sunday, a key player is a player that many fans have been waiting to see finally make his breakthrough.

Andrei Iosivas, a sixth-round pick out of Princeton in the 2023 draft, was given an expanded role today as a replacement for Tee Higgins.

He finished the game with two catches for seven yards and two touchdowns.

While his stats aren’t outrageous, it’s more about the two catches that were the only touchdowns the Bengals scored this afternoon at Arrowhead Stadium. To make matters even better, they showed some nice playmaking skills down the stretch and good awareness on the sideline.

Things appear to be trending in the right direction and Higgins could make his season debut in the coming weeks. But right now, it seems like Iosivas could have earned some solid rotation minutes in the wide receiver room, especially in the red zone.
