It is Certainly A new beginning for the 33-year-old, as The Blast reported that a judge has lifted her social media restriction. Anna’s lawyers explained in her plea to the court That:

“The social media restriction served absolutely no purpose in mitigating any flight risk or threat to the community that Ms. Sorokin might pose and clearly violate her constitutional rights.”

Anna was reportedly excited about the return, indicating that she was happy to finally get the chance to rewrite the narrative surrounding her arrest.

“I want to thank the American legal system and especially my attorneys, John Sandweg and Catherine Hunstad, for fighting for my First Amendment rights. I am also grateful and happy that I have my own story once “back on social media,” she stated.

Despite Anna serving a prison sentence for her crimes in the Orange County Jail, she continued to maintain that she had done nothing wrong and that her lies were just lies that harmed no one.

She admitted on the “Call Her Daddy” podcast that pretending to have millions of dollars in a trust fund is not a new practice, especially since 60 million people in New York are on the brink of poverty.

Anna reiterated that she was not a fraud and that she was just being herself during her stay in New York. She stated:

“I think it’s just easier to ask someone for, I don’t know, $20 million if they already think you have money,” noting that she’s never “told meaningless lies. Unless they were, like, a bank.”

Will Anna Delvey shock the world and lift the show’s trophy? It will certainly be a step in the right direction for her already controversial reputation.
